Day 10 and 9

Day 10: Kept up with the plan. I did the elliptical for 30 min.  I lifted for a little while to just tone my flabby arms.  After that, I went to the sauna. Pretty good workout :)
Day 9: I forgot my iPod, so I knew I wasn't able to be on the elliptical at a constant pace that I usually go at. Instead, I was on the elliptical with the highest intensity for 30 minutes, with 5 minutes of cool down.  No sauna for today.

BTW, my mother claims to see some progress! YAY :)
