So I only have 14 days left to work out till beach day. Two days ago, I was on the elliptical for 30 min. I lifted very little to tone my arms. Then, I went to the sauna for about 20 minutes. I haven't sweat that much in a LONG time, so of course, it felt really good to work out :)
Yesterday, I went to the park with my family. My parents were timing my brother to get him conditioned for football, and I just jogged around the park. I have no idea how long I ran for, but I was dressed in sweat pants and a hoodie. The reason for this attire: the sun. I may not have run as much, but it sure made me sweat like crazy. After the jog, I did some stairs, then decided to race my brother. Although I lost to him, I feel like I didn't do too bad considering I haven't actually exercised vigorously since two years ago.
Let's see if I can keep this up for beach day!
