So, I was going to post a few days ago to write about my progress, but the site was down.
Glad it's fine now :)
Anyway, so my initial start weight was 151.5 lbs (68.7 kg). For the first day, I only did 10 regular push-ups. I know it's not much, but when I realized I needed to exercise, I couldn't go to the gym. Secondly, those 10 push-ups were actually difficult. Oh boy, that means I am really out of shape.
Day 2- Weight: 151.5 lbs (68.7 kg) I went to the gym. 15 min of stationary bicycle for warm up. 30 min on the elliptical, then cool down. Some stretches, and a bit on ab workout.
Day 3 (Today)- Weight: 150.0 lbs (68.0 kg) I haven't done anything yet, but I'll update it as soon as possible
From what I can see, it's probably just the water weight that I lost. However, I actually felt pretty awesome after my workout on Day 2!
Guess I'll work out now so I can update you guys on Day 3 :)
